Patrick Finn is Promoted to Director of Operations

Timco Construction, a premier general contractor specializing in healthcare construction, is pleased to announce the promotion of Patrick Finn to Director of Operations. Finn joined Timco in 2019 and brings more than 19 years of industry experience to Timco’s leadership team. As Director of Operations, Finn will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations, including resource management, training and mentorship, and client relationship management, as well as continuing to oversee the successful delivery of Timco’s projects.

Over the past three years, Finn has led several successful projects, including the award winning 610 Medical project, Maple Grove Specialty Center, and Roseville Health development. Finn has also played a critical role in helping Timco increase their presence in the Wisconsin market, helping to deliver a series of projects to Rayus, McKesson, and Hudson Imaging Center. Finn believes that building strong relationships is the key to the success of his career, the firm, and the projects Timco delivers.

In addition to his exceptional experience managing complex and unique healthcare project, Finn has become known for his technology-driven approach. He consistently brings new and innovative ideas to help improve processes and efficiencies, including spearheading the implemention of Autodesk/Revit and helping facilitate it’s use with subcontractors. This has resulted in better collaboration between project partners, helping to improve productivity and drive better project outcomes.

When asked what he looks forward to most about this new role, Finn stated, “The use of technology will continue to advance the industry. Things keep changing and I’m excited to help Timco embrace these changes as we continue to adapt, improve and grow as a firm. I’m also really looking forward to sharing my knowledge and experience with our younger project team members in a more official capacity. Helping them develop their skills and grow in their careers is really rewarding and one of the things I enjoy most about my job.”
