Xchange Medical Recognized by BOMA Greater Minneapolis

Developed by Davis and designed by Synergy Architectural Studio, the 77,500 SF medical office building, received The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Award by the Greater Minneapolis Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA). Awarded to Davis at the 11th annual Best of BOMA Gala on Thursday, February 22, the TOBY Award represents the pinnacle of excellence in regional commercial building management and operations, recognizing outstanding achievements in various categories of building types and sizes.
