Xchange Medical Receives NAIOP Award of Excellence

Located directly adjacent to I-394 in the heart of St. Louis Park, Xchange Medical is a class-A medical facility spanning a 4.6-acre site.

We are proud to announce Xchange Medical was recently recognized by NAIOP Minnesota as a project of excellence within the healthcare category. Owned and developed by Davis, this 78,000 SF medical office building is home to OVO LASIK + Lens, ENT Specialty Care, Surgical Specialty Center of Minnesota, and Retina Minnesota/Vitreoretinal Surgery.

The class-A medical facility opened its doors in November 2021, fully leased, after six years of careful planning by Davis. Designed by Synergy Architectural Studio, notable features include a 5,000 SF exterior healing garden, a two-story living wall, and a timeless yet modern overall design aesthetic. With superior access and visibility, Xchange provides the community with convenient specialty medical and outpatient surgery services in a state-of-the-art, sustainable, and inviting facility.
