Timco Construction Announces Strategic Reorganization of Its Leadership Team

At the core of who we are, are our people. With that in mind, we have recently undergone a strategic reorganization of our leadership team and are proud to announce the following promotions:

Jeffrey Heide has been promoted to President. A 20-year veteran of both the design and construction industry, Heide is a graduate of Purdue University with a bachelor of science in interior design. With a primary focus on healthcare design and construction, Heide has managed more than $75 million of healthcare projects as Vice President and Senior Project Manager over the past four and a half years at Timco Construction. In his new role as President, Heide will work closely with other members of the leadership team to provide streamlined operational excellence, preconstruction and construction project oversight, and project management team leadership.

Christine Stahl has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Previously serving as the firm’s corporate controller, Stahl has more than 36 years of accounting experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. Cloud State University. In her new role, Stahl will be responsible for the accounting operations of the firm, helping to mitigate risk, enhance financial accuracy, ensure reporting compliance, and assist the leadership team in establishing long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies.

Jill Krueger has been promoted to Chief Administrative Officer. With Timco Construction for the past 14 years in the role of office manager, Krueger brings excellent communication and interpersonal skills allowing her to drive a positive culture and promote organizational efficiencies. As Chief Administrative Officer, Krueger will provide leadership and oversight over administrative functions and activities as well as IT and payroll.

Tim McKee, who has served as Timco’s president and CEO since 1982, will move into a strategic business development role focused on identifying opportunities for growth. As Chairman and CEO, McKee will also focus on forming new partnerships and strengthening existing alliances to drive creativity, innovation and client success.

Together, the leadership team will work in close collaboration to ensure the continued success of Timco’s clients, partners and internal staff.
