We are pleased to announce that Brian Albrecht has joined our firm as project superintendent.

As a former site foreman for one of the nation’s largest general contractors, Albrecht brings more than 23 years of industry experience working in a number of building sectors including healthcare, multi-family housing, sports and recreation, government, education, and hospitality. Some of the most notable projects he has been a part of include the US Bank Stadium, Target Field, Minnesota State Senate Building, City of Minneapolis Office Building Consolidation, and Kansas City Sprint Center (now T-Mobile Center).

In his new role, Albrecht will be responsible for overseeing all on-site project activities, including managing field staff and subcontracting crews, developing and implementing the project’s safety plan and protocols, and will ensure overall quality, schedule and budget for the projects he’s a part of. Albrecht has already begun working on the Magnus Wellness Center and the 601 Medical in Brooklyn Park.

“At Timco Construction we are focused on providing innovative healthcare facility solutions delivered by a team of experienced professionals,” said Tim McKee, President of Timco Construction. “Brian’s high-energy and positive attitude have already begun to make a positive impact on two major healthcare projects. We’re proud to have him on the team.”
