Timco breaks ground on the Wayzata Specialty Center
Timco is proud to be named the general contractor for the new Wayzata Specialty Center, located at 1120 Wayzata Boulevard. The new 16,000 square-foot, two-story medical office center will replace the existing vacant two-story building and parking lot at 1120 Wayzata Blvd. Construction on the new building, which will be able to accommodate up to nine doctors or dentists, is expected to begin by late summer. 57 stalls located behind the building. The development includes a retaining wall, 6-foot fence and plantings to provide screening between the site and a neighboring apartment building. The exterior facade features modern lines accentuated by wood grain embossed metal panels on portions of the building’s exterior. Both Lorenz Clinic and Tailwind Pediatric Dentistry will lease space on the second floor of the new facility.
Set for completion fall of 2022, the new office of Lorenz Clinic will house outpatient psychiatry, psychology, and various intensives in addition to serving as a hub for home-based clinicians who will serve Hennepin, Wright, and Carver Counties.
