HealthEast Clinic and Specialty Center Awarded MNCAR’s Top Broker Award

The Minnesota Commercial Association of Real Estate handed out its annual industry honors for Transaction of the Year, at the MNCAR Awards Program to Davis for work on HealthEast clinic and Specialty Center, designed by bdh+young and constructed by Timco Construction. Despite two building expansions during construction – and with the help of ongoing meetings with the Maplewood Planning Commission — the 122,000-square-foot building was finished on time and on budget.
