Coming Soon: Two New Associated Eye Care Clinics

Work for two new Associated Eye Care Clinic’s is currently underway. Timco recently broke ground on a new clinic for Associated Eye Care in Lino Lakes, Minnesota. When complete, the new 12,695 SF clinic, owned by Frauenshuh, will include a lobby/reception area, exam rooms and an optical retail store. The project is scheduled to be complete this November.

Timco has also began work on another new medical office building being developed by Frauenshuh in New Richmond, WI. The new 19,000 SF facility will be occupied by Associated Eye Care and Hudson Physicians. In addition, Timco will build-out the new 6,100 SF clinic for Associated Eye Care. Hudson Physician providers will operate in the space adjacent to the new Associated Eye Care clinic. The project is scheduled to be complete in March of 2023.
