Timco Acquires Minnesota Based Firm: adaptt

Timco Construction, Inc., a Minnesota based general contractor in operation for more than 62 years, announces the acquisition of adaptt. adaptt is a Minnesota based partner of DIRTT Environmental Solutions, specializing in providing design assist services for prefabricated modular interior solutions across multiple market sectors, including: healthcare, commercial workplace, and education.

Though adaptt has been acquired by Timco, adaptt will operate as a separate entity, allowing them to continue to serve their existing clients. Finalized in mid-August, the acquisition will allow Timco clients to access these specialized services, and it will provide more resources to adaptt clients.

Led by Julie Nelson, the adaptt team has already begun to grow to meet the needs of its expanding market. Bringing nine years of experience working for DIRTT Environmental Solutions, Nelson, has been named Vice President of adaptt. Nelson will continue to promote process effectiveness as she builds and solidifies relationships to move the DIRTT philosophy forward within the local market.
