Timco Construction Named General Contractor for the New Roseville Health Development
We are excited to announce we were recently named general contractor for the new 40,000 SF Roseville Health development located at 2720 Fairview Avenue in Roseville, Minnesota. Built in partnership with Tjl Development LLC and Synergy Architectural Studio, the project will break ground on Tuesday, November 19th with a formal groundbreaking ceremony beginning at 4:00 PM.
The new medical office building will be anchored by Tareen Dermatology who will lease approximately 20,000 SF of the building. This new Class A office building will allow Tareen Dermatology to add 40 additional employees turning their Roseville office into their new headquarters. Space will include a pathology lab and a central business office. Dr. Tareen was recently received the 2019 Women in Business Award from the Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal. The project is scheduled to be complete in the fall of 2020.
