Timco Construction Moves Its Office to the Vicksburg Business Center

Timco Construction recently relocated its growing team to the Vicksburg Business Center, significantly expanding their space. Their new office, designed by bdh+young, is also home to partner company adaptt LLC, a Minnesota based partner of DIRTT Environmental Solutions specializing in providing design assist services for prefabricated modular interior solutions. The new 11,500 SF office, built by Timco Construction, features an open floor plan creating versatile spaces for multi-functional purposes, including company events and collaborative work areas. The entire office was built using DIRTT products and doubles as a product showroom for adaptt LLC. Spaces include 7 private offices, 5 breakout rooms, a large conference/training room, an expansive kitchen and break area, a back-of-house storage and maintenance space, and a half basketball court. The kitchen is clad with textured tiles, Corian countertops and two large garage doors that offer an abundance of natural light and fresh air. The lobby area, or “living room”, houses a unique timber pergola, creating a comfortable place for guests to sit while waiting and for employees to either work or socialize. Overall, the new space is bright, bold and modern with an industrial/edgy feel. Timco, in partnership with adapt LLC, recently held a “grand opening” celebration in the new space.
