Timco Breaks Ground on the Maple Grove Specialty Center

On August 19th, the Timco team, along-side developer Davis and design firm Synergy Architecture Studio, broke ground on the 44,000 SF, two-story medical office building located in Maple Grove. The new Maple Grove Specialty Center will be home to MNGI Digestive Health who will occupy 22,000 SF of the second floor. The team is led by Timco President, Jeffrey Heide; Senior Project Manager, Patrick Finn; Superintendents, Chris Kiehne and Brian Albrecht.
