Timco Breaks Ground on New Multi-Specialty Clinic in Lakeville, MN

We are proud to share that along-side Davis, MNGI Digestive Health and Allina Health we officially broke ground on a new 100,500 SF multi-specialty clinic in Lakeville, MN.

The groundbreaking ceremony took place on Wednesday, June 22 at 3:30 in the afternoon.

With a vision to increase  accessibility to quality care in the south metro, Allina Health will occupy 60,000 SF of the specialty center and 18,500 SF of the surgery center. The clinic will offer specialty services, including orthopedics, oncology, women’s health and cardiology.

Long time client, MNGI Digestive Health will occupy 22,000 SF of the clinic, providing clinical and endoscopy services.

The project will be managed by Jeffrey Heide, President and Chris Kiehne, project Superintendent and is slated to open summer 2023.
