Medical Office and Clinic for AOMS

What started only 4 months ago, the new medical office and clinic for the Associated Oral Maxillofacial Surgeons, located in Maple Grove, is just one week away from completion. Formerly located on the third floor, their new first floor clinic and office space will provide easier patient access, increased visibility and add 6,000 square feet of more space.

Over the past few weeks the team has been busy with final touches. Northern Mechanical has been finishing plumbing work, Gilbert Mechanical and Electric has been working on mechanical and electrical finishes, Twin Cities Acoustics has been working on ceiling finishes, and Willmar Wood Products have been finishing up millwork. Doors are being hung, solid surface tops are being installed, window treatments are being hung and equipment is being installed.

Timco partnered with adaptt on this project to provide 75% of the wall systems, glass doors, and clerestory windows. Working with adaptt we were able to keep the project on-schedule despite other material delivery delays, including doors and flooring. Working with adaptt also means, just-in-time deliveries allowing our other subcontracting partners to get their work done in a clean, more organized way – including drywall installation by Anderson Drywall and flooring from Henricksen, tile from Flemming Tile, and wall finishes from Wasche Commercial Finishes.
