Meet Tal Armstrong, our skilled Superintendent leading the work Timco Construction delivers to clients across Wisconsin. With more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Tal takes pride in his ability to handle any job that comes his way. His exceptional site leadership, authentic communication style, and positive attitude allow him to continuously deliver high-quality results and effectively lead teams to overcome project challenges. With skills in drywall, steel and wood framing, ACT, painting, and finish carpentry, Tal also has the unique ability and aptitude to jump in at a moment’s notice and simply do what needs to be done.

Tal’s most recent project was for RAYUS Radiology, in Wisconsin where he removed an outdated MRI unit through the side of the building, demoed the entire room, put it back together, all on-time with minimal disruption to ongoing clinic operations. For Tal, this was just another day on the job. His favorite part about his role at Timco is simply the people and the work. “I enjoy the variety of tasks I am able to perform as well as the amazing team I work along-side,” stated Tal. At Timco, Tal feels like he is part of a family where his opinion matters.

An outdoorsman by nature, living and working in Wisconsin allows Tal to enjoy each one of Wisconsin’s unique, and sometimes extreme, seasons. Some of his favorite activities include camping, boating, fishing, trapping, hiking, and having bonfires and barbecues with family and friends. He and his wife also enjoy RVing and exploring different places our amazing country has to offer. So, what tops it for Tal, a day of fishing on Lake Michigan and the bay of Green Bay for salmon and walleye.
