Construction Soon to Ramp Up on the Rosemount Professional Building

The Rosemount City Planning Commission recently approved plans from our partner, Davis Healthcare Real Estate, for the development of a new professional building located in Rosemount just south of County Road 42 between Highway 3 and Chippendale Avenue near Marcus Theatre and Chroust Family Dentistry. The Rosemount Professional Building will consist of 12,650-square-foot medical office space at 15265 Carrousel Way. The new facility will be home to Lorenz Clinic of Family Psychology, serving children, adults, families and groups.

Timco Construction is proud to be the general contractor on the project, working with Pat Giordana and Matt O’Keefe of Synergy Architecture Studio. The project will break ground on May 11^th with completion scheduled for December 2020. When complete the new facility will offer additional medical space for Rosemount’s strong and growing healthcare community.
