Expanding Access to Care for Patients in the West Metro

In order to better serve the communities healthcare needs the Davis Group partnered with Timco Construction to build a state-of-the-art medical facility. The $6.7 million facility, built to serve the Minnetonka community, utilized a cast-in-place concrete structure with curtain wall and metal panel facade creating an efficient building envelop and an environmentally-friendly facility. Expansive windows bring in an abundance of light to enhance both the patient and staff experience. Working in close collaboration with BDH+Young Architects throughout the preconstruction phase, the Timco team was able to help bring the vision of the owner, tenants and community to life, on time and within budget.
