Located in the CityPlace Medical Building, this new ambulatory surgery center for MNGI features large windows creating the effect of a flowing ribbon glass exterior. This highly complex class-A medical facility was no match for the Timco team. Faced with multiple design revisions, the team worked seamlessly with the design team and project subcontractors to accomplish cost effective and timely solutions. Together, the entire team successfully completed the project on-time, exceeding the owners expectations for quality and value.
