MDI Imaging Center Build-Out

With a long history of partnering with Timco Constructon on past Wisconsin healthcare projects, when Medical Diagnostic Imaging moved into a new facility the Timco team was brought on board to build-out their new space. Located on the ground floor of a recently-redeveloped mixed-use building, the new space fit MDI’s mission of providing hospital-quality radiology services at affordable prices in convenient outpatient environments perfectly.

Work on the project was fast-tracked and included the build-out of a 5,600 SF state-of-the-art imaging center complete with a 3 Tesla MRI scanner, CT, Ultrasound, and X-ray machines. Partners on the project included J.F. Ahern, Staff Electric, Olympic Companies, Sergenians Floorcovering, Milwaukee Plate Glass, and Siemens.

MDI is a physician-owned imaging center company. MDI’s on-site, fellowship-trained radiologists generate accurate and timely interpretations. This high-quality service commitment is provided at a fraction of hospital-based imaging costs and with much greater comfort and convenience.
