Creating a Mecca of Healthcare

Timco worked in close partnership with Davis and BDH Design to build this class-A, two-story, multi-tenant medical office building on the 110-acre site of the vibrant CityPlace mixed-use development in Woodbury. The new home to Minnesota Gastroenterology and Associated Eye, the facility features natural stone and a cascading glass curtain wall providing an abundance of light and views of the surrounding community. The Timco team successfully delivered this award winning specialty medical center on a streamlined schedule providing a comforting healthcare experience to patients in the east metro and western Wisconsin.
