Improving Care for the South Metro

In 2007, the Timco team was brought on board to update the Apple Valley Medical Center’s family practice, Urgent Care and the United Specialty Center with a $6.3 million renovation. The project also included the addition of 35 new exam rooms, the United Medical Imaging Center, and an expanded parking ramp. The pharmacy also doubled in size. With work being conducted on a tight site, open communication and strategic site logistics were needed to keep the facility fully operational during construction. The team worked collaboratively with the medical center to keep the facility open and running smoothly.
