The Second Piece of a Beautiful Puzzle

The CityPlace Medical II facility is a two-story, 42,ooo SF medical office building (MOB), the second phase of a three phase project built for healthcare real estate developer, and partner Davis. The new 42,000-square-foot, two-story building was designed by Synergy Architecture Studio. The new facility is home to the new Shriner’s Children’s Twin Cities Clinic and Adefris and Toppin Women’s Specialists Clinic.

The project was recently nominated for Best New Medical Office Building in the 25,000 to 49,999 SF category by Healthcare Real Estate Insights.
